Yes — ETravelSIM handles data only. Your existing SIM stays fully active for calls and texts. You simply switch your data connection to the ETravelSIM plan when you arrive at your destination. You can receive calls and SMS on your regular number throughout.

The app sends you push notifications at 80% and 95% usage so you're never caught off guard. When you need more, simply top up from the app — no need to install a new eSIM. Your existing eSIM stays installed and the new data is added automatically.

If your eSIM hasn't been installed, we offer a full refund within 30 days. If you've installed it but it hasn't worked, contact support within 7 days and we'll either resolve the issue or refund you. Email support@etravelsim.co.uk with your order reference.
